Refund policy

Returns & Refunds - Terms and Conditions: 
By placing an order you indicate to accept our Terms and Conditions. Cluster-Park BV and its labels reserve the right to change its General terms when necessary. We reserve ourselve the right to refuse orders without giving any reason.

Delivery:
All orders will be delivered by Bpost (Belgian National Postal Service) after payment. All our items are in stock (exept for pre-order items, wich will be shipped on a given date) & ready to ship. Arrival of your precious purchase depends on the country you live in. Cluster-Park BV can't be held responsable for loss or damage of goods during shipment. It is possible to take extra insurance for loss or damage, please contact us before you make the payment and ask for extra costs. All goods will be packed very carefully in new cardboard shipping boxes. 
   
Prices & Payment: 
All items are priced in EUROS and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in these prices ! Cluster-Park BV uses several different payment methods for quick & secure online payments. The use of our payment system is free for our customers (except for PayPal transactions, extra cost will be visible before you make the actual payment). If an order is placed, you will automatically receive an email confirmation, same when payment is received and at last an email once your order is on it's way (trackingcode will also be provided).
  
Data:
By placing an order,  your information will be included in our customer database. We adhere to the Laws on data protection and will not share your information with third parties. We respect the privacy of our users and will ensure the confidentiality of your personal data. 

Return Policy:
We want to inform you as good as possible through our website about the items. Errors & modifications may occasionally occur. If any item should not come up to your expectations, it can be returned. Please contact us BEFORE returning something indicating the number of your order and the products you want to return. Please note that we will only refund or replace items that have a manufacturing or severe shipping defect. The items should be reported by email within 7 days after receipt at the delivery address. The items, which have been reported for return, should immediately, but no later than within 7 days after receipt of the order on the delivery address be returned to us. Cluster-Pak BV only accepts returns which have been reported as described above and for which the instructions have been followed. Returns that have not been reported, or not within the prescribed period are not accepted. After reporting and after receipt of the item(s) your return will be confirmed by email. Your advance payment will be credited, or your item will be replaced upon your simple request.
